Medal of Honor - Beta key giveaway

Curse have 30,000 beta keys for the new Medal of Honor game available for Curse Premium subscribers. When I got mine there were apparently still 89% of them still up for grabs, so that's still well over 25,000 keys left. If you're interested and have a Curse Premium account then you should be able to get one from here.

If you've got a standard Curse account the keys will be available for you from tomorrow (Wednesday 14th), though I'd expect them to disappear relatively quickly at that point.

I know it's a Beta, but it's not a patch on BF:BC2.

Yeah, I thought pretty much the same thing. There also seems to be an odd bug - if you play as the Taliban and get a kill streak the game frequently crashes to desktop with no error message.

Heh, yeah, I was wondering if it was the developers were trying to say something - but since DICE is Swedish and not American I assumed it was probably just a bug.

Odd, actually, that both Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and the Medal of Honor multiplayer are both developed by DICE, and yet Bad Company 2 is so much better. Maybe there's some depth to MoH that isn't obvious from the demo, but right now I'd agree that it just seems like a pale shadow of Bad Company 2.

The way the mission works in the Beta is better than Bad Company's rush mode in my opinion because it feels more fluid. However other than that the fighting, teamwork and graphics all feel dated.
