It went... ADJOURNED. £51 train ticket. Wasted weekend. All for 10 minutes. Plus side is I've made around 400 quid working this weekend.
CPS admitted not having done a single thing until the last moment where they've now decided to test the airsoft gun out. They came to the possible conclusion it might not be an air weapon which it isn't, it's a toy, in which case; case is over and worst we can expect is a £80 fine for disturbing the peace. They threatened though that if the guns firing force is more than the allowed level by the home secretary of 12ft/lb then we'll be charged with possesion of a real sub machine firearm without approval from Her Majesty's Military Service. Seeing as how no airsoft gun can go that high we're expecting good things.
On topic, I'm going to wait till the "official" charge comes back from the CPS so I'll know whether I can expect a hefty fine or not. This should be in a week or so, and I'll book my ticket after if all goes well!

Arnt the none summer ones not as grand? I suppose if its just who is there it doesn't matter. Anyway I definatly won't be there, for a start I don't have the holidays left
