I got this little puzzle/turn based strategy/dungeon crawler yesterday and for 3 quid on Steam it's really worth a look. It's almost like a board game in style, but from some simple rules actually has quite a lot of complex strategy. It's a pity you can't play it over the net but it does allow up to 4 players on the same PC. It's XNA so you can probably get it for the 360 somewhere as well (it supports a 360 controller on Windows).
