Yeah given the pace of the last game I think that's a good idea. I just wasn't sure how active people would be.

That's 12. I originally had a plan for a 12 player game, but if anyone else wants to join in then feel free. It's easy enough to fit extra people in.

Well if its a mafia not reading then they havent had a chance to discuss tactics with other members of the mafia then starting might be a problem.

And Dunc can tell if they have read the messages by its disapearance from his outbox?

And yes I must of refreshed forums at several times today hoping for the launch...
