With t16 right on the horizon I've decided to make the decision to step down from consistent raiding. I couldn't be happier with our progress this tier but it all comes at a cost and WoW is quickly becoming one of the leading causes of frustration and grumpiness in my life, not to mention raid expectations and balancing personal relationships becoming increasingly difficult... "Hey, I like you but you're shit at healing/dpsing/tanking so you can't play with us anymore, don't hate me though."

I spoke to Kakapenka briefly about taking over, not sure he took me entirely seriously but I suppose something can be worked out regardless! I'll probably still be lurking around and coming to flex and such though. I'm sure you'll manage just fine without me, vengeance nerfs and all that
