CTSamurai made their first venture into Molten Core this afternoon, less then one week after downing hakkar for the first time, and with a 2 day clear of said blood god just yesterday.
We only had 29 players, less then the maximum 40, but we still went through the trash well with one wipe due to a mistake pull before approaching core hound packs. We managed the first core hound pack with minimal casualties and even though we struggled on our first attempt with the next pack, we soon found ourselves facing off against lucifron.
There was a huge guild effort from members old and new to get tactics straight, and on our third attempt the naga mage bit the dust!
We wooped and cheered and we looked at the loot! Only to have the first corehound pack respawn before we could hand it out. Unfettered, we ressed up and took the bastards out, while the sneaky, charming and brilliant master looter sepia went and handed out loot mid fight, what a hero! *ahem*
Grats to Pirpana quite a haul from yesterdays raid And that necklace will serve you well Horki, my first ever epic, had to outroll all the clothies from Boondock Saints+LK+Our first Lucifron kill(i think).
Nice Job on Lucifron, Magmadar shouldn't be too tough especially with 2 tranq shots + more raiders next time
