Hey, i was just thinking. I think that the word "Daimyo" is a better word for what you call "Sensei" in the guild. Since Sensei just means "teacher" but Daimyo's were the warlords of the samurai. Actually second in comand after the Shogun. It's just a thought

Heheh.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not the most knowledgable person when it comes to the Japanese language, and I don't believe that anyone suggested Daimyo when we were discussing and arranging the ranks.
That said, I think Sensei is appropriate for the rank as it stands at the moment. Those who stand between the Guild Officers and the Guild Leader have many responsibilities but among them are helping, guiding and (when necessary) disciplining those below them. That sounds like the role of a teacher far more than a deputy Warlord to me.
That said, there may be a need for Daimyo at some point in the future. As the guild grows in size it may be necessary to create a position of "class leader", a person responsible for a particular class type who, for instance, ensures that players of that class know their role within a raid group. They could become the new Sensei, allowing existing Sensei to move to a more administrative role as the new Daimyo.

That would have been me. But you preferred Sensei back then too.
