What is the name of the mod that displays the cd left on a spell as a number on that spells icon?

CooldownCount - it's part of Cosmos, but I believe it's also available standalone.

I think Roper is referring to the buff duration setting, which Blizzard nabbed from various interface mods. But Pemby's referring to the cooldown on spells, skills and item abilities which (as far as I know) Blizzard haven't implemented yet.
